Fabric Requirements:

Light Tomato – 1 1/8 yards

Light Orange – 1/3 yard

Coral – 3/4 yard

Binding – 1/2 yard

Cutting Instructions

From the light tomato fabric, cut:
(1) 40 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ square

From the light orange fabric, cut:
(1) 5 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ strip
(1) 4 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ strip
(1) 2 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)
(1) 4″ x 49 1/2″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)

From the coral fabric, cut:
(1) 3 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)
(1) 5 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)
(1) 1 1/2″ x 54″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)
(1) 4 1/2″ x 54″ strip (pieced from width of fabric)

Assembly Instructions

Sew the border lengths together from width of fabric strips.

Sew the light orange 5 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ border to the top of the light tomato 40 1/2″ square. Press seams toward the border.

Sew the light orange 4 1/2″ x 40 1/2″ border to the bottom of the square. Press seams toward the border.

Sew the light orange 2 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ border to the coral 3 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ border. Sew to the left side of the square. Press seams toward the borders.

Sew the light orange 4″ x 49 1/2″ border to the coral 5 1/2″ x 49 1/2″ border. Sew to the right side of the square. Press seams toward the borders.

Sew the coral 1 1/2″ x 54″ border to the top of the quilt. Press seams toward the border.

Sew the coral  4 1/2″ x 54″ border to the bottom of the quilt. Press seams toward the border.

Layer and quilt as desired. Bind.
